Founding Director Brian McCutcheon
is an Economist and Town Planner. Brian
has over 25 years of planning experience
in the public sector.
He was Head of
Cork County Council's Planning Policy
Unit, before leaving to establish
McCutcheon Mulcahy. Brian specializes in
strategic planning, renewable energy,
waste management, retail impact studies
and major planning appeals.
Brian is a
member of the Irish Planning Institute.

Nicholas Mulcahy, Director is an
Archaeologist and Town Planner, with 17
years professional experience of
planning. Nick joined the company in
October 2001.
Whilst working for Cork
City and County Councils, Nick was
involved in Development Control, the
Development Plan Process and a number of
specialist projects.
Nick's areas of
expertise include the Development Plan
and Local Area Plans, Management of
Planning Applications and Site
Appraisals.
Nick is a member of the
Irish Planning Institute, the Royal Town
Planners Institute and the Institute of
Archaeologists of Ireland. |
